Who We Are
The Congress of Nations in an inter-national government organization founded on the principles of the United Nations, European Union, and the World Assembly. The purpose of the Congress of Nations is use the power vested in it by its members to protect its member nations, advance human rights and development, foster international cooperation, further world peace, and make free world trade a reality. The CON also wields more power than the other above mentioned international bodies and can effect real change unlike the ones above.
The CON is headed by two legislative organs, the International Senate (the upper legislative organ comprised of senators appointed by member nations' chief executives and legislatures) and the International People's Assembly (lower legislative organ comprised of delegates elected by each nation's people to represent roughly 1 million people for 3 year terms). The CON is also administrated by the President who serves as the chief executive of the organization and the Secretariat which is a coalition of departments and agencies commissioned by the CON and its member nations to enforce the law. CON also has a series of tribunals to rule in cases of international crime, civil appeal, and international law.
